The BM24R Load Cell is a high-performance, low-profile ring torsion load cell engineered for reliable and precise industrial weighing applications. Manufactured from durable stainless steel and fully hermetically sealed to IP68 standards, the BM24R is built to withstand harsh washdown and demanding production environments commonly found in food processing, manufacturing, logistics, and bulk material handling industries.
Designed for use in hopper scales, platform scales, pallet scales, and tank weighing systems, the BM24R offers excellent long-term stability and measurement accuracy with OIML R60 C3, C4, C5, and C6 accuracy classes available. Capacities range from 60kg up to 60 tonnes, making it suitable for both light-duty and heavy industrial weighing applications.
The load cell features integrated static overload protection up to 13 tonnes, ensuring enhanced durability and protection against accidental overloading. Its low-profile design simplifies installation while maintaining high resistance to side loading and environmental stress.
The BM24R supports a wide operating temperature range from -35°C to +70°C and is available with optional ATEX certification for hazardous area applications. Stainless steel mounting accessories, rocker pin sets, tank mounts, and ball feet are also available to support easy integration into new or existing weighing systems.
